All it takes is one phone call or a tap on a smartphone!
AUTOMATIC EMPLOYEE ABSENCE MANAGEMENT
G@ad is a software solution that facilitates the management of communications on unexpected employee absences, such as illnesses and unexpected absences due to emergency requirements, which cannot be covered by the usual request and authorisation process.
It is often essential to know whether employees are going to be absent from your workplace. This allows your company to manage any replacements in real time and to optimise the organisation of work (please see the specific cases for shift work, security, front offices, 24h services, etc).
G@AD is an automatic response system which lets employees report any unexpected absences with just one phone call or a tap in dedicated mobile app.
This allows companies to collect reliable, prompt information thanks to a progressive authentication process aimed at verifying the identity of the person sending the information, in full accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No 196/03. The information received is thereby simultaneously validated, tracked and sent to the correct recipients via the pre-selected communication channel depending on individual needs and options (e-mail, SMS, etc).
G@AD simplifies the collection and communication flow of absences and, thanks to its information archiving, allows Human Resources managers to easily consult and validate any data, while also potentially integrating it with the main application packages used for HR management (for example, SAP HR). G@AD comes with a web-based application for searching and displaying absences.
Comedata can customise any software and its relevant connectors; for example, it can customise the SharePoint connector to offer companies with an Intranet based on this technology the option of installing a dashboard that will only show, to human resources managers, an overview of the absences called in through G@AD.
G@AD also integrates perfectly with traditional attendance registration systems and can complement authorisation processes for scheduled absences.
6 good reasons to trust G@AD:
• Our tested methodology, which makes us the preferred partner of important, major private and public organisations.
• It is easy to integrate with the payroll management solutions available on the market or with internal Intranets.
• Sector managers (either hierarchical or operational) will be immediately notified so they can proceed to find a potential employee replacement for the most critical tasks.
• It simplifies and improves all HR processes linked to the management of unexpected absences (illnesses, unexpected leave, etc)
G@AD is an automatic response system which lets employees notify their absences by making a simple telephone call at any time of the day or through a simple, intuitive smartphone app.
The employee is identified, then the information received is simultaneously validated, tracked and sent to the correct recipients via the pre-selected communication channel depending on certain needs and options (e-mail, SMS or voice call).
G@AD can be perfectly and simply integrated with the main application packages commonly used by HR for resource management (for example, SAP HR) or with traditional attendance registration systems.
The product has the following basic functions:
24h autoresponder to collect unexpected absences (illnesses, leave requests, etc)
Absence Management Portal to display and supplement information on the absence
Mobile app (for smartphones) to enter absences, backing up the traditional voice responder communication channel
Back Office Portal which ensures that HR staff can immediately see any absences in REAL time
Automatic registration of absence/leave/accident (any type of absence can actually be managed)
Automatic alert workflow for the staff replacement
SMS or e-mail notification service to the line manager and operations manager and always to the competent HR office
Communication management for commuting accidents (collecting minimum information to report the accident)
Collection of the ONLINE medical certificate number (typed in by the employee) or through appropriate customisation collected in the G@AD database)
